Accessibility Statement

Draft — pending legal review

We want DWithEase to be usable by everyone who works in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or reduced motion settings.

The standard we aim for

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for dwithease.com and for the extension's own interface. That is the level referenced by European accessibility requirements and the one US courts look to in practice.

Where we are

The site is built to be operable by keyboard, to keep visible focus, to respect reduced-motion preferences, and to meet AA contrast in both light and dark presentation. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we describe this as our target rather than as certified conformance.

Known gaps will be listed here once the audit is done, with what we are doing about each and by when. We would rather publish a short honest list than a claim we cannot stand behind.

Telling us about a problem

If something on dwithease.com or in the extension is hard or impossible to use, email support@dwithease.com with what you were trying to do, the page or feature, and the assistive technology and browser you use. We answer within one working day and will tell you what we can fix and when.

If you need information from this site in another format so you can read it, ask and we will provide it.

If our answer is not good enough

Consumers in the EU can escalate to the accessibility enforcement body in their own country. In the United States, accessibility complaints about a commercial website can be raised with the Department of Justice. We would rather hear it from you first — a fix usually ships faster than a complaint gets acknowledged.
