Extension Licence

This licence covers the DWithEase browser extension — the software you install in Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or another Chromium-based browser. Our Terms & Conditions cover the website. Installing or using the extension means you accept this licence.

The licence

ForkPoint Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for its intended purpose: working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud instances you are authorised to access.

You may install the extension on as many of your own devices as you like. This is a licence, not a sale: ForkPoint keeps all rights in the software that this document does not expressly grant you.

What you may not do

• Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the extension, or make it available as a service to others.
• Remove or obscure copyright or ownership notices.
• Circumvent licence checks or feature gating.
• Use the extension to access systems you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the extension, except where — and only to the extent that — applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction. If you are in the EU, the right to decompile for interoperability under Article 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC is unaffected by this licence; ask us first and we will usually just give you the information.

Updates

Browser stores deliver updates automatically. Updates may add, change or remove features; where a change removes something material, we will say so in the changelog. We support the current and previous major version of each browser we list on the site.

Your data and your instances

The extension holds your settings and instance list in your browser's own extension storage, on your device. What leaves your device, and what we do with it, is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the credentials you use and for making sure your use of DWithEase is permitted by whoever owns the environments you connect to.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud

DWithEase is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce, Commerce Cloud and related names are trade marks of their owner and are used only to describe what the extension works with. We are not responsible for changes Salesforce makes to its own systems, and a change on their side may break a feature until we can adapt.

Term and termination

This licence runs until it ends. You end it by uninstalling the extension. We may end it if you materially breach it and do not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked, or immediately where the breach is a serious misuse — circumventing licensing or using the extension against systems you have no right to touch. When the licence ends you must stop using the extension and uninstall it.

No warranty

The extension is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Consumers have statutory rights about digital content and services that no licence can remove — in the EU under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the national laws implementing it, and elsewhere under equivalent local law. This section does not limit them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ForkPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this licence is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the extension in breach of EU, Bulgarian, UK or US export control or sanctions law, and you confirm you are not located in, or acting for anyone in, a country or on a list subject to those restrictions.

US Government end users

The extension is "commercial computer software" as defined in the applicable US federal acquisition regulations. Any use, duplication or disclosure by the US Government is subject to the restrictions of this licence, and no additional rights are granted beyond those given to any other customer.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Business customers submit to the courts of Bulgaria.
